IQ Option Can't Withdraw 2026: Thailand Cases and Fixes

Reading ถอนเงินไม่ได้

ถอนเงินไม่ได้ is a description, not a diagnosis. It covers a greyed-out button, a request that will not submit, and a payout that was accepted and then returned — three different situations with different fixes.

Start by working out which of those three you are actually looking at, because the remedy differs and treating them alike wastes time.

What the error means

In most cases the platform is not refusing to pay you. It is declining to process this particular request in its current form, because a precondition has not been met. Preconditions are the same everywhere the platform operates: the account holder is verified, the destination belongs to that person, the amount is within the applicable range, and the routing rules are satisfied. Thai traders meet the same set as everyone else.

Where it appears

  • The withdrawal option is unavailable or greyed out: usually an account-level block, most often open verification.
  • The form will not accept the request: usually the amount or the destination details.
  • The request was accepted, then declined or returned: usually a review outcome or a failure at the receiving bank or wallet.
  • The request is simply taking time: not a block at all; that is a queue, covered in our delays guide.

First things to check

Before anything else, open your notifications and your registered e-mail. An unread document request is the most common invisible blocker, and nothing moves until it is answered. Then check the verification section of your profile, and only after that go back to the cashier.

Identify which form the block takes (unavailable option, rejected form, or returned payout) before trying to fix it.

Verification Blocks

Verification is the most frequent reason a Thai payout will not start. A first withdrawal cannot be released until identity and address checks are complete and any open document request is cleared.

This is worth checking first every time, because it explains more ถอนเงินไม่ได้ reports than every other cause combined — and it is entirely fixable from your side.

Pending KYC

If you deposited and started trading without finishing verification, the withdrawal screen may be restricted until it is done. Uploading is not the same as being approved: documents go into a review queue, and while they sit there the account stays in the same state. Complete every stage the platform lists rather than stopping at the identity step. Our KYC guide covers the sequence.

Document mismatches

Thai names transliterate into Latin script in more than one way, and that is the single most common source of mismatch for traders here. The spelling on your trading profile, the spelling on your passport or national ID card, and the name on your bank account or wallet all need to present the same person in the same form. Where they differ, correct the profile to match the identity document, then re-upload. Address documents raise a second point: use a recent one, since a stale bill or statement is returned even when nothing about your address has changed. The documents guide covers formats and framing.

Account not confirmed

Smaller confirmations matter too. An unconfirmed e-mail address or phone number, an incomplete profile section, or an unanswered security step can each hold a payout. Work through the profile until nothing is flagged, then return to the cashier.

Finish verification and clear every open request first — most Thai withdrawal blocks disappear at this step alone.

Method Problems

The second family is the destination itself: a wallet or bank account whose registered name does not match, details entered with a typo, or a request that conflicts with the deposit-source routing.

Availability is country- and account-dependent, so the rails shown in your own cashier are the ones you have. If a method is not displayed for you, it is not enabled on your account, and a support message will not add it.

True Wallet mismatch

Where a mobile wallet option such as True Wallet appears on your cashier, the condition attached to it is ownership: the wallet must be registered in your own name, matching your verified trading profile. A wallet opened under a family member's name, or under a different transliteration of yours, will not receive the payout. Check the name inside the wallet app against the name on your trading profile, character by character, before you use it as a destination.

Bank detail errors

For a transfer to a Thai bank account, the account holder name and the account details must match what the bank holds and what the platform has verified. A single transposed digit stops the payment, sometimes at the platform and sometimes at the bank. Copy and paste the account number out of your banking app rather than typing it, and check the bank you have selected is the one that actually holds the account.

Same-method breach

Funds return to the method used to deposit, up to the deposited amount, with surplus profit routed to an alternative rail. If you deposited by card and are asking for the whole balance to reach a wallet, expect the request to split or to be declined in the form you submitted it. This surprises more traders than any other rule — the same-method rule page explains how the split works and how to prepare for it.

The destination must be in your own verified name, entered by copy-paste, and consistent with how you deposited.

Unblocking A Thai Payout

Work through the causes in order rather than guessing. The sequence below moves from the most common blocker to the least, and each step either clears the payout or rules a cause out.

Follow it once, carefully. Repeatedly resubmitting the same request without changing anything is the slowest available route.

Completing verification

  1. Open your notifications and e-mail. Answer any outstanding document request before touching the cashier.
  2. Check the verification section of your profile and finish every stage that is still open, including payment-method proof if it is requested.
  3. Compare names. Your trading profile, your passport or ID card, and your bank or wallet account should all read the same way in the same script.
  4. Correct the profile first if anything disagrees, then re-upload a current, clean, unedited document.
  5. Confirm your e-mail and phone and clear any other flagged item in the profile.

Correcting wallet details

  1. Open the cashier and read the method list actually shown for your account.
  2. Select a destination in your own name and paste the wallet identifier or bank account number rather than typing it.
  3. Check the amount against the minimum shown for that method and against the withdrawable balance rather than the total balance.
  4. Expect the deposit portion to route back to your deposit method and the profit to travel separately.
  5. Review the confirmation screen in full, submit once on a business day, and save the reference number.

Contacting Thai support

If the block persists after all of that, message support once with everything they need in a single note: the request reference, the method you chose, the amount, the date, and a plain description of what the screen shows. Support is available in Thai through the in-platform channels, and one complete message gets a faster answer than several partial ones. Use only the contact routes inside the platform — never send documents, card details or passwords to an account or e-mail address you found elsewhere. If the request is progressing rather than blocked, our status guide explains what each stage means.

Clear verification, then fix the destination, then contact support once with the reference — in that order.

Preventing It Next Time

Almost every Thai payout block is preventable at the account-opening stage. Verify before you deposit, keep your payout rail alive and in your own name, and fund with the exit route in mind.

Traders who set the account up properly rarely search for this phrase, because the conditions that cause a block are already satisfied before the first payout.

Verifying before depositing

Complete identity and address verification on the day you open the account. It removes the largest single cause of blocked payouts, it happens while nothing is riding on it, and any correction is handled quietly in the background rather than while you are waiting for money.

Keeping True Wallet active

If you plan to use a mobile wallet as your payout destination, keep it in your own name, keep it verified inside the wallet provider's own system, and use it occasionally so it does not lapse. The same applies to a Thai bank account: confirm the holder name recorded there matches your trading profile before you rely on it.

Matching your deposit rail

Choose your deposit method thinking about where you want the money to come back. Fund with something you will still control later, avoid a card close to expiry, never use an instrument belonging to someone else, and keep a second verified destination on file for the profit leg. Our Thailand withdrawal guide covers the local rails in more detail.

One closing point on regulation. The licence covering this operator is a European one: the CySEC public register, checked on 3 September 2026, lists IQBroker Europe Ltd — formerly named IQ Option Europe Ltd — under CIF licence 247/14, issued on 30 July 2014, Cyprus company number 327751. That is a Cyprus authorisation and it says nothing either way about the treatment of online trading platforms under Thai law, which is a separate question we do not attempt to answer here. If it matters to you, check the current position with a qualified local source before you trade. Trading carries risk and you can lose money, and available methods, minimums and requirements change — confirm the current position in the platform cashier.

Verify at sign-up, keep a payout rail in your own name alive, and deposit with your exit route already chosen.

Common questions

Why does IQ Option say ถอนเงินไม่ได้ when I try to withdraw?

Most often because verification is unfinished or a document request is unanswered. After that, the usual causes are a wallet or bank account not registered in your verified name, an amount under the minimum for the method, or a conflict with the rule that returns funds to your deposit source.

Can I withdraw to a True Wallet account that belongs to a family member?

No. Every payout destination has to be registered in the same name as the verified trading account. Use a wallet or bank account in your own name, and check the spelling matches your trading profile exactly.

My name is spelled differently on my bank account and my trading profile. Is that a problem?

Yes, and it is a common one for Thai traders because names transliterate in more than one way. Align the trading profile with your passport or national ID card, then make sure the receiving account shows the same form before you request.

Is a blocked withdrawal a sign my money is gone?

No. A blocked or rejected request leaves the funds in your trading balance. Once you clear the cause (verification, destination details, amount or routing), you can submit the request again from the same balance.
